Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We completely understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected things happen. ❤️ However, our grooming appointments are limited, and when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, we often don’t have enough time to offer that space to another customer.

To help us keep our grooming service running fairly and smoothly, we have the following cancellation policy:

📅 Cancellations & Changes

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

⏰ Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the booked grooming price.

This is because we have reserved this time specifically for your dog and, at short notice, it is often impossible for us to fill the appointment with another customer.

🚫 No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, 100% of the booked grooming price will be charged.

💳 Outstanding Cancellation Fees

Any cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before another grooming appointment can be booked.

If an outstanding fee remains unpaid, we will unfortunately be unable to accept any further grooming bookings until the balance has been settled.

🔁 Rearranging Appointments

If you give us 24 hours or more notice, we are more than happy to rearrange your appointment where possible, with no cancellation fee.

❤️ Genuine Emergencies

We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will always consider these situations on an individual basis.

🐶 Repeated Cancellations

Customers who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments may be required to pay a deposit or the full grooming price in advance for future bookings.
