Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. You can order online and collect your order from Raw Pawz in store. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available on qualifying orders with a minimum spend of £15. Available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Can frozen raw food be delivered?
Yes. Frozen raw food can be delivered to eligible UK addresses using DPD. The available service and delivery charge are calculated at checkout. Some areas may not currently be available for frozen delivery.

How should I store frozen raw food when it arrives?
Frozen products should be transferred to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order where possible.

Can I collect frozen food from the shop?
Yes. Frozen food can be ordered online for collection from Raw Pawz.

I’m new to raw feeding — can you help me choose?
Of course. If you’re unsure which brand, protein or product would suit your dog, please contact us or ask us in store and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I book a dog grooming appointment?
Grooming appointments can be booked through our online booking system. You can find the booking link on our Dog Grooming page.

Do you offer puppy grooms?
Yes. We offer first puppy grooms to help puppies become comfortable with the grooming environment from an early age.

What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange my grooming appointment?
Please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply where insufficient notice is given. Our full cancellation policy is available on request.

What happens if my dog has fleas?
If fleas are found before or during a groom, we may need to stop or refuse the appointment to protect the shop, other dogs and our stock. Additional charges may apply. Our full flea policy is available on request.

Is there an extra charge for matting?
Yes. Extra time required for matting is charged at £5 for every additional 15 minutes.
